Consortium for Educational Change
 The
consortium is a statewide effort that includes over fifty
school district partners all working together to make a
positive change in teaching and student achievement. A unique
organization, the CEC derives activities from stakeholders
as they work toward continuous improvement. A district’s
membership in the Consortium allows access to trained professionals
who facilitate collaborative groups, workshops on current
educational issues, and leadership toward improvement goals
in the dynamic educational arena.
The CEC Committee is a cooperative effort of the Unit
5 Board, administration, and UFEA to improve student achievement
by becoming a more collaborative, high performing organization.
Our focus is to promote a culture of collaboration that
supports and accelerates each other’s learning.
