Help page. You are here most likely because you have run into a
snag or have a question about the application process. Please
review the FAQ first to see if maybe
your question has been asked before.
Many problems encountered typically are a result of a form
field being improperly filled in. The majority of form fields on
each application require that a certain type and amount of text
and/or numbers be entered before they will be accepted (except
where noted on the form). Ensure that you are not using less
often used formats or characters, and always pay attention to
the provided examples on the application form.
If your are sure your form is filled out correctly and it
still will not submit, the possibility does exist that some kind
of server problem exists with Unit 5's equipment. Feel free to
notify the Webmaster about any problem you suspect is the result
of a problem on Unit 5's end. Please make sure you give some
details in regards to error message received or problems
encountered so that we may fix them as rapidly as possible.
Please note also: The forms themselves will only
function in 4x or newer web browsers. Netscape is not
recommended as the format and layout can vary wildly from it's
intended look. Additionally, older versions of the 4x Netscape
browser do not interact always correctly with the form,
resulting in submission errors. It is recommended that you use
Internet Explorer 4x or newer when submitting an online
application to Unit 5.
