Welcome students and
Parents! Learning a foreign language can be an exciting
experience, especially when the new language is used in a variety of
ways. During our 4 1/2 weeks together we interact in Spanish with
listening, speaking, reading and writing activities, and even do some
role-playing too. This class provides an introduction to Greetings
and Goodbyes, Colors and Numbers, Months, Seasons, Days of the Week and
Telling Time...all in Spanish! Students in my 6th grade class spend the remaining 4 1/2 weeks of the quarter learning French with Mrs. Koth. At the conclusion of the quarter students' grades for both Spanish and French are averaged resulting in one foreign language grade for the quarter. |
