• The McLean County Health Department has been awarded a one-time grant for 2010 to expand availability of specific vaccines. Meningococcal, Tdap, and 2nd doses of Varicella vaccine are being offered to all McLean County adolescents 11-18 years of age regardless of insurance coverage. All may receive the shots free of charge. Click here for more information

• If you have not turned in your incoming Kindergarten 2010-2011 student’s physical exam and immunization record, please do so as soon as possible. Remember, the physical exam must be dated on or after August 23, 2009 & the immunization record needs to be up to date, including Kindergarten boosters. Thank You!

Important Dates

August 23, 2010 - All New Physical Exams & Current Immunizations for Early Childhood Education, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 6th, and 9th grade must be on file at your child’s school BEFORE (s)he can start school on this date. Click here for more information.

May 15, 2010 Dental Exam for Kindergarten, 2nd, and 6th.
