School Health Announcements
Parents -We encourage you to bring your child's
current physical exam (dated 8/23/2009 or later) AND a
complete immunization record to Kindergarten
registration on Tuesday, March 16th. The nurse will need
to look the forms over & advise you of anything that
might be needed before the first day of school next
year.

on the left of this page.

May 15, 2010 Dental Exam for
Kindergarten, 2nd, and 6th.
