1. Locker signs--Athletes often appreciate a few words of encouragement on the day of a meet. In the past volunteers have made locker signs to be hung the day of or the day before a competition. Locker signs must be submitted to coaches at least 1 week prior to being posted for the approval of principal.

2. Breakfast--throughout the year in an attempt to make sure athletes are prepared on Saturday to run we often hold morning practices on Fridays. This enables athletes to have plenty of rest time before a race. Since practices are held from 7:00-8:00 volunteers may sign up to bring breakfast for the team. This may be fruit, granola bars, bagels or any other breakfast food!

6. End of the year banquet... We always hold a banquet at the end of the season to recognize the great accomplishments of our athletes. These parents would help to organize food, and decorations.
