They are about a ruffian band of untrained and undisciplined mages who try to solve problems on their own. They should they not be using magic outside of their training...never mind that they end up saving the day. They remind me of Potter, Granger, and Weasley! I highly discourage you from picking up this series. Any student caught with one of these books will lose 5 points for their House!
