Has anyone ever given you a "gift" that tuned out to be a disaster?  Well, that's what happens to Ella.  The thing I like best about this book is that Ella is strong enough to solve her problem on her own.  This is quite a different Cinderella story!

Another Cinderella story--only this one tells what it's like for Ella after the "happily ever after."  Well, it's not too happy.  Ella finds out that the Prince is little more than a pretty face (like one former Defense against the Dark Arts professor!).  Anyway, again Ella has to be strong and choose her own destiny.
