2007 - 2008 Our Fall Scholastic Book Fair will be held the week of September 10th. Parents are invited to visit during the school day or during 7th Grade Open House on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 6:30. For more information, check out the CJHS Book Fair website.
The IMC will use Fair proceeds to purchase books for prizes for the spring reading incentive program and the IMC collection.
New: One for Books: Donate $1 to Scholastic's One for Book's campaign. Your students team teachers' will get $1 to spend on books and Scholastic will donate $1 to a children's literacy fund.
Looking Back: 2005-2006
The IMC's Fall Scholastic Book Fair was a huge success! Thanks to our Chargers and Charger parents, we sent a check for $1280 to the Louisiana Library Association Disaster Relief Fund to help rebuild school, public, and academic libraries affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
The Spring Book Fair raised over $1100 in books and materials for our IMC.
Thank you to all the parents who volunteered to help at our Book Fairs this year.
