Mail-In Registration:
May 6 – August 1
Who it's for:
- Any current
Unit 5 student who
received a registration packet from Chiddix in the mail
-- incoming 6th, 7th and 8th
graders
What to do:
- Complete the forms
received in the mail and return them to the main office
on or before June 6 or mail the completed forms using
the envelope provided on or before August 1
Schedules and locker assignments will be mailed to students
on August 8

IS NOT NECESSARY TO COME TO THE WALK-IN REGISTRATION IF YOU
HAVE RECEIVED A SCHEDULE and LOCKER ASSIGNMENT IN THE MAIL**
Walk-In Registration:
August 12, 3:00 PM – 7 PM in the Cafeteria
Who it's for:
- Any current
Unit 5 student that did
not turn in a registration packet on or before August 1
- Students who
qualify for free/reduced meals and textbooks
What to do:
Come to the Chiddix cafeteria between 3:00 PM and 7 PM to
complete the necessary paperwork
