In an effort to streamline calls and provide a timely response regarding transportation issues, Unit 5 has implemented a Transportation Call Center.

The hours of the Call Center will be Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Calls that are made before 6:30 a.m., after 4:30 p.m. or on weekends may be left in a voicemail box that will be checked at 6:30 a.m. the next work day.

The goal is to provide a timely response to each inquiry or concern and to be sure that a resolution has been reached.
